MEET RESULTS - 2008

The 2008 Meet was held over the weekend of 12th/13th January and attracted over 900 entries from 15 clubs.

There was a strong entry from some of the country's leading clubs including: City of Leeds, who won the Top Visiting Club award, Swim Trafford, and City of Manchester Aquatics.
Competitors produced many swims in National Qualifing Times; five new boys' meet records and nine new girls' records were set. Congratulations to Lauren Quigley (Co Manchester Aquatics), Matthew Johnson (Co Leeds), and Lucy Emerson (Co Leeds) who each broke multiple records.
We look forward to welcoming you and your club at this 'fast' and 'friendly' meet next year.
