Aquaforce Awards - 2009
Congratulations to Shirley Beever, Treasurer of BoK for her receipt of an NER Aquaforce Volunteer Award.
Yorkshire Inter County Team - 2009
Jamie Brown, Alex Durkin, Ryan Flanagan, Regen Gregg, Abigail Hirstle & Alicia Holdsworth have been selected to swim for Yorkshire SA at the 2009 Inter County Competition.
BoK progress to National Area Final - 2009
For the fourth year in succession BoK progressed to the Junior Speedo League National Final, by coming 3rd in the Northern Area Final held at Everton Park Sports Centre, Liverpool on 4th October 2009. BoK gained 188 points behind Southport SC in first place and Stockport Metro in second. The fourth club to qualify for the national final was Co Newcastle which will be held in Enfield, London on 29th November 2009.
White Rose Junior Speedo League - 2009
BoK won the White Rose Junior Speedo League competition for the fifth year in succession by a margin of 50+ points from teams from City of Leeds and Doncaster DARTES. The competition was held at the John Charles Pool, Leeds on 12th September 2009. As the first placed team the Club now goes forward to the Northern Area Final which will take place in October.
